Deep Springs College, a unique educational institution in the high desert of Eastern California, is actively seeking an experienced and organized Garden Manager to lead our seasonal production program. This position will also help facilitate the coordination of campus operations.
The individual must bring a dynamic (multi-faceted and extensive) farming background and support the college’s mission of preparing leaders for a life of service to humanity. The Garden Manager is appointed by and responsible to the president of the college.
Finca Sagrada Biodynamic community farm, in the mountains of southern Ecuador is looking for a gardener with the following qualifications.
Be passionate about Biodynamic farming.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Have practical gardening skills.
Loves teaching and leading workshops.
Against the Grain is a small-scale diversified, certified Organic farm located 15 minutes from downtown Boone in Zionville, NC. The farm is situated on 35-acres and raises a broad spectrum of Biodynamic and Organic vegetables on a little under 2 acres, as well as Animal Welfare Approved, GMO-free, grass-fed beef. We focus on four main market channels, including a weekly farmer's market, a 20 week/115-member vegetable CSA, approx.
