YOU are joyfully and heartfully invited to this intergenerational, intercultural circle in celebration of the plants.  The NEWHC is dedicated to creating a conference that welcomes and affirms all women & nonbinary people! We ask that you come with an open heart, recognizing that while we are all one, we are not all the same. Like flowers in a colorful bouquet, we represent the many blossoms in a garden, each beautiful and unique.

Explore the future of bread as a life-giving substance and support for a new consciousness!

In this hands-on workshop, Koen Van Der Meer will introduce and guide us in the baking of a new kind of bread, made with Ordeum® malted barley leaven. The workshop will also include a presentation on the esoteric history of bread, from Zarathustra to Melchizedek to Christ.

In thirteen full-day workshops from September to May, the Pfeiffer Center’s One-Year Part-Time Practical Training in Biodynamics covers the basic principles and all the timely activities of biodynamic agriculture through the seasons.

We are excited to host Perma-Dynamics, a four-day residential workshop held on our farm in Floyd Virginia. During this experience, participants will receive introductory instruction in permaculture design principles as applied to the creation of the biodynamic farm organism on Josephine Porter Institute's farm.
