This two-day workshop will focus on biodynamic viticulture in the context of soil health, vine balance and wine quality. You'll have an opportunity for hands-on experiential learning as we take a deep dive into three of the biodynamic preparations, including making, applying, and storing.

Soil chromatography is a qualitative method used in biodynamic agriculture to assess soil, biofertilizers and crop quality/health. For this lab, you will create circular chromatograms and learn to analyze them with this method.
