What can beekeepers do to help our bees thrive and flourish? This half-day workshop will focus on timely tasks every beekeeper should have in mind to encourage hives to build up and multiply. Following a classroom review of the bees’ cycle of the year, most of the morning will be spent with the hives in the Pfeiffer Center garden.
Bonus afternoon session: After lunch, Bill will lead a walk to one of the bee yards on our farm for an open conversation and demonstration.
Cost: $55
