From Spikenard Farm Honeybee Sanctuary: 

This is Spikenard’s basic class in biodynamic/sustainable beekeeping methods. This workshop will offer in-depth advice for those who want to have bees and for those who want to learn more about methods focused on the health and vitality of the bees. Information will be shared about how to work with different hive types, approaches to feeding and pest management, and how to support the bees during the season of swarming, expansion, and growth.

Please bring a lunch. Light snacks are provided.
