We are seeking an enthusiastic co-worker who has experience in farming and gardening, and who is self- motivated, a good communicator, and is comfortable leading groups and working alone. A practical knowledge of biodynamic agriculture and/or regenerative agricultural practices and an interest in
bees and the pollinator-plant relationship are ideal qualities in a candidate.
Zinniker Farm is the oldest, continually operated farm operating with biodynamic principles in the United States and has played a huge role in the development of both the organic and biodynamic farming movements. The farm has 164 certified organic acres, thriving beef and poultry enterprises, and incredibly vital soil. At present we are seeking a farmer/farm family to help Mark and Petra Zinniker steward the farm into the future.
Looking for an energetic, intermediate level estate gardener with experience growing organically in the Northeast. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of biodynamics or a strong desire to learn. Must have plant identification skills and production garden experience in growing perennials and annuals. Hours are 5 days per week, 9-5pm from March 1st - November 1st with possibility to become full time staff with benefits. Must be available to occasionally water on weekends, live locally(Fairfield County CT) with transportation and have the ability to lift 40lbs. Starting salary $25

Josephine Porter Institute for Applied Biodynamics is hiring a part time Office Manager. This person will join our small team at our farm location in Floyd, VA, where they will work to support JPI’s mission of healing the earth through biodynamic preparations by assisting with office and clerical duties, customer service, and participating in other farm activities as necessary
Part-time, hourly (may become F/T after 3-6 months)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday, some flexibility
Compensation: $15-18 based on experience
Highland Realm Biodynamic Blueberry farm is seeking full-time and part-time employees for this blueberry season! Highland Realm sits on 200 acres tucked in the hills of Hampshire, Tennessee. We have 3 acres of blueberries to cultivate, process and sell, there are a wide range of duties available including:
Store Manager: Seeking an organized and upbeat individual to sort and record berry inventory, manage orders, coordinate with pickers and help keep our berry shop in order. Some field work and and farm duties to be performed as necessary as we prepare for the season.
