Brent Wasser graduated from the North American Biodynamic Apprentice Program in 2017. He trained at Dottenfelderhof in Bad Vilbel, Germany, and at Hawthorne Valley Farm in Ghent, New York. Brent previously worked as the head cheese maker at Sprout Creek Farm in Poughkeepsie, New York. In 2018 he and his fiancee Carrie Abels established Willow Pond Sheep Farm in Gardiner, New York, where they are building a 65-acre sheep dairy.
