Bio

Kelly Hogan has been a nature-based Waldorf educator for over a dozen years. Integrating her studies in deep nature connection, homesteading and survival skills, diversity & inclusion, permaculture and Anthoposophy, Kelly founded Mother Earth School - a revolutionary outdoor immersion farm and forest school in urban Portland, OR. After guiding the school through its first 7 years, Kelly transitioned to her current role as Director of the LivingLAB experiential and environmental education program at the Portland Waldorf School where she designs and leads sustainability-related hands-on projects that integrate into the existing Waldorf curriculum for all ages (pre K-12).
