Kim Pace is a coworker at the neighboring Fellowship Community in Chestnut Ridge, New York, where she manages the Duryea Farm Dairy herd and daily operations. She uses Goethean observation with her cows as part of her health management plan. Kim and Megan Durney are also two thirds of the leadership team for a new collaborative land care project between the Pfeiffer Center and the Fellowship Community.
