There are a number of lodging options available in Madison depending upon your preferences and budget. We encourage you to reserve your lodging as soon as possible so you can secure the option you want. Please note we expect lodging in Madison to be booked up for the weekend of the conference due to other events.
As of November 5, the conference room blocks have now closed. They were at: Sheraton Madison Hotel, Madison Clarion Suites, and the Lowell Center. If you are able to reserve a room at one of these hotels, then you can still utilize the shuttle bus service we are providing to and from Monona Terrace. The Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is full.
For hotel rooms booked at the special discounted rates, you must manage them (changes or cancellations) through the online housing system Meetingmax. Reservations will not be accepted directly through the hotels, or changed or cancelled unless it is within 72 hours of your arrival (see below).
Changes and Cancellations: If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, please do not contact the hotel directly unless it is within 72 hours of your arrival. For changes and cancellations on an existing reservation, please refer to the link provided at the bottom of your Meetingmax confirmation email.
If you have questions about the Biodynamic Association's hotel block, please call (800) 373-6376 and ask for Housing or email your questions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
