Nicoletta Dicova is a wine journalist and communicator based in Italy. Her interest and research is natural wine focus on the progress from the ancient wine world (the Caucasus region, where the vine was first adomesticated by humanity 8,000 years ago) to the current movement of natural wine started in Europe (France) in the 1980s and nowadays a global phenomeno. Nicoletta received a degree from Piacenza University in Italy in enology and wine marketing. She is also a student at the Masters of Wine Institute.
