Jim Fullmer has been a biodynamic farmer in Oregon since 1980, producing medicinal herbs and small fruits. He is the producer of Hoskins Berry Farm blackberry vinegar, winning the Good Foods Award 2013 and 2016. Jim served as the director of the Demeter Association in the US from 2004 to 2018. He was also the director o thef NOP-accredited organic certification organization Stellar Certification Services from 2004 to 2012. Jim has been an Organic/Biodynamic farm and processing inspector since 1990. He is also a past Board member of Demeter International and of the Biodynamic Association.
